The Club House Doutta Galla has a beautiful club house with brand new kitchen as well as toilet and shower facilities. Below is a view of our kitchen. Note the many premiership flags displayed throughout the club, to some this is a measure of our success.

The Club Name

The name Doutta Galla is drawn from the local Victorian Legislative Council province. The origin of the name of the province is not known at this time. The Victorian Legislative Council is the Parliament of Victoria’s Upper House.

However, for the 2006 Victorian Election the region was merged with others around the area to form the Western Metropolitan region. For more infomation visit Wikipedia. So our little electorate has effectively dissapeared, however its name shall live on in our tennis and bowling clubs.
