The Doutta Galla Tennis Club uses Tennis Australia’s Book a Court System. Both Members and Members of the Public may book a court using the booking form below:

Members of the Public

Members of the Public may book a court at the Doutta Galla Tennis Club for a fee. You will be asked to create an account with the Tennis Australia Book a Court System, if you do not have one already.

You will be supplied a PIN to activate your booking. This PIN grants you access to the Courts and activates the Lights.

Members of the Club

Members of the Doutta Galla Tennis Club may book a court using their User Account and Password. Bookings that use the lights will incur a fee for Members and this fee is paid through the Book a Court System.

User Accounts use the Email Address you supplied to the Club as a part of your Membership.

If you are a Member and do not have a User Account or you believe we have the wrong Email Address, please contact the Club via our Contact page.

You will be supplied a PIN to activate your booking. This PIN activates the Lights. Even if your booking does not use the Lights, please still enter your PIN at the Club as this helps us track bookings.

Lights

The System automatically determines if the lights are needed based on the Sunset time for Melbourne. The Light will be automatically activated by the System at the relevant time, either the start of your booking or at Sunset time. The Lights will automatically be deactivated when your booking finishes.

Please enter your PIN on the Key Pad on the Gate to the right side of the Club House.
