The Club’s Working Bee is to be held on Sunday the 19th of October from 12pm at the Club. Members that attend and assist are entitled to receive their Maintenance Levy back from the Club.
Please bring along any gardening tools to help make our Club beautiful.
The assistance of Members is greatly appreciated as many hands make light work.
The finals of the Club Championships will be played this Sunday the 2nd of March:
12pm – Junior Boys Singles Round Robin and Final
4pm – Mens Singles Semi Finals
5pm – Mens Singles Final

Entries for the 2014 Club Championships Close this Sunday the 26th of January, so please be quick.
Entries can be submitted by writing your name on the entry sheet in the Club House or sending the Club an Email.
The Club Championships are a great event for Members of all ages and skill levels. The following Events will be held:
All Members are encouraged to enter, especially Juniors who are welcome to enter Seniors Events to show the Seniors how Tennis is played these days. The Doubles Events are graded to ensure a tight match.

The Doutta Galla Christmas Party will be held at the Clubhouse on Friday the 13th of December from 6pm. A A BBQ will be provided but please bring your own Drinks, Snacks and Racquets. Please also bring a Plate to share.
All Members are welcome to attend what is regularly a great night, there may even be some tennis played.
The Club’s Annual Christmas Party has been scheduled for Friday the 13th of December 2013 from 6pm at the Club. All Members are invited attend and more details will come closer to the date.
Electricity at the Club may not be available this weekend due to a Meter Upgrade by the Power Company. The Power may be out from Friday the 27th of September 2013 to Sunday the 29th of September 2013. This means that Court Lights, Clubroom Lights, Hot Water and other facilities may not be available.

Hi everyone,
This coming Sunday the 7th of July @ 7:30pm is the Annual General Meeting in the clubhouse.
All are welcome and I encourage members to come down and get some insight into the last 12 months and how the club runs from the inside!
This year is very important as there may be a few committee members stepping aside and if there are any members who are interested in becoming part of the committee, we encourage this too. Sometimes a fresh view or different take on how things work is a good thing.
There really isn’t a lot of work that goes into being part of the committee, for a small club it is pretty well maintained, so don’t be afraid!
We look forward to hopefully seeing a few of you down at the club.

The Doutta Galla Tennis Club’s Open Day will be on Sunday the 20th of January 2013 from 12pm onwards. The Open Day is a great chance to visit the club, have a hit with our Coaches and learn more about the great game of Tennis. Free Tennis Lessons, Activities and a BBQ will be available and everyone is welcome, especially those who are not members of the Club.
This event is great for Kids and Adults alike who are thinking of picking up tennis and are not sure where to start.
The Doutta Galla Bowling Club will also be holding an Open Day during the same time, all are welcome to try both sports.
